The Falls Church Fellows Program is a leadership and Christian formation program for recent college graduates with a special emphasis on faith and vocation.

How does our Christian faith inform our daily life?

What does it take to faithfully answer the call to follow Him?

A seamless life of Christian faith intersects professional work, theological study, discipleship, family, and service. Fellows work at a job in their area of professional interest and attend courses specifically designed for them at Reformed Theological Seminary. A weekly professional development seminar series opens their eyes to a wide variety of ways believers serve God through their work.

Living a seamless life of faith in vocation, community, and service for the sake of others and to the glory of God.

What we look for

With each class we look to form a group of vibrant believers who bring a sense of joyful curiosity and humble service.

We know that choosing between fellows programs can be a difficult. We also know that you probably have myriad other opportunities you’re considering. We want you to choose the best fit – so contact us and let us help you prayerfully come along side you to help you discern the best fit.

The Falls Church Fellows Program offers a limited number of seats (around 13-16 each year). Every class is different from one year to the other, but with each group, we try to blend students who are filled with a spirit of humility, who hunger to serve, and who are desirous to pursue God’s calling on their lives. Our students come from diverse backgrounds from all over the country and around the world.
